As a Catholic school instructor, I believe it is my responsibility to provide a safe, positive, respectful, and nurturing environment where students can strive to recognize and use the gifts and with which God has provided and blessed them. I believe that we, as educators, should work to discover the wonderful gifts that our students have to offer through stimulating and challenging them so that they may utilize these gifts for the betterment of our world.
